Dance of Liberation® is a somatic movement modality, a conscious dance journey designed to facilitate release, remembrance, and embodied freedom. Rooted in somatic intelligence, the experience invites participants to move beyond the mind and into direct communion with body, breath, and Spirit.

At Ater Tumti:

Meet Hannelore, Senior DOL Instructor at Ater Tumti

Hannelore is a German-Costa Rican passionate dancer, who discovered her love for belly dance in 2017. Since then, she has performed professionally in several countries around Europe and at numerous venues in Costa Rica.

For her, dance is not just movement, it is a joyful and soul stirring celebration of life and beauty, a way of self-expression and self-discovery. Through dance, she explores strength, vulnerability and surrender, allowing herself to feel, release, and embody her truest self.
