New York holds a longstanding place in the lineage of Dance of Liberation®. The practice is currently offered through an annual gathering facilitated by Parashakti Skye, with plans underway to expand into additional locations for ongoing classes and experiences across the region.

Dance of Liberation® is offered annually in Omega Institute, one of the world’s most renowned retreat and learning centers dedicated to holistic wellness, spiritual growth, and embodied practice.

Facilitated by Parashakti Skye alongside a global roster of conscious movement leaders, this immersive workshop-style retreat invites participants into the full experience of Dance of Liberation® within Omega’s expansive, nature-immersed campus in Rhinebeck, New York.

Each gathering offers a rare opportunity to experience the practice in depth, guided by its founder, within a container designed for reflection, embodiment, and integration.
