Feminine Spirit is an event that combines film screenings with experiential lectures and workshops, and brings women together on a journey of learning and experience in the present. Over the course of the days, we will explore together the central spaces in a woman’s life: female sexuality as a gateway of healing and renewal, changes in menopause and hormonal balance, the language of emotion as an inner compass, and mindfulness as a resilience resource gives internal stability and clarity.

Through the films we will meet inspiring stories of women who have chosen to lead change in their lives, and we will see how creating reality is born when consciousness encounters courage and deep listening. This is a space that invites each participant to discover and renew the relationship with her body, her feelings and her relationships
